Commutator Segments MP

Ruby Mica® Commutator Segments MP is created by mixing phlogopite mica paper with an epoxy resin binder. Under high specific heat and pressure, the stiff sheets are totally cured. Because these commutator segments are very configurable, they may be punched or machined to desired forms and sizes. The segment-hardness and correct thickness are given a lot of attention. To guarantee conformity to the standards, the sheets are finely milled and subjected to rigorous thickness testing, both online and offline.
